At Synck Health, we are committed to providing flexibility and fairness in every interaction. Our Refund Policy ensures a balance between customer convenience and healthcare provider commitments.

  1. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
    • Customer-Initiated Requests:
      • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason.
      • For a full refund or free rescheduling, requests must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
      • If cancellation or rescheduling is requested within 4 hours, a service charge of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund or applied to rescheduling.
    • To cancel or reschedule, please contact our support team via phone or email (details below).

  2. Synck Health-Initiated Changes

    We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments due to:

    • Provider unavailability
    • Operational constraints
    • External circumstances beyond our control

    In such cases, you may:

    • Reschedule at no extra cost, or
    • Request a full refund for any prepaid services not rendered.

  3. Refund Eligibility
    • Refunds apply if:
      • The appointment/test was cancelled by Synck Health or provider unavailability.
      • Prepaid services were not delivered.
      • You cancelled/rescheduled at least 4 hours in advance.
      • System or billing errors caused incorrect charges.
    • No refunds for:
      • Missed appointments/no-shows without prior notice.
      • Services already rendered (consultations, sample collection, etc.).
      • Requests made more than 7 days after the appointment date.

  4. Refund Processing
    • Eligible refunds processed within 15 business days.
    • Refunds issued via original payment method (electronic transfer).
    • Email confirmation provided once refund is processed.

  5. Disclaimer
    • Synck Health is not liable for indirect losses, inconvenience, or damages due to cancellations or rescheduling.
    • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments at our discretion.
    • This policy may change without prior notice. Latest version will be published on our website.
