    These Terms are governed by the laws of Delhi, India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

    • First attempt resolution via informal negotiation
    • If unresolved, disputes go to binding arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, in English, at New Delhi
    • The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding
